What are HelloVacay’s membership levels?

HelloVacay currently offers a free registered member level or a paid Premium level. Premium members have access to purchase HelloLounge vouchers, receive a larger hotel discount, and 25% off on Resort Residences.

How do I become Premium?

To upgrade your account, please go to the Membership Page and select your desired membership level. Applicable pricing or actions will apply for the upgrade.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership level?

Please visit the Membership Page if you would like to upgrade or downgrade your membership. Membership downgrades occur at the end of the already-paid membership period. No refunds or prorated refunds are issued for membership downgrades.

I had a Pilot or Ambassador membership - what now?

Members with Pilot or Ambassador memberships are now Premium. One-year subscriptions have been extended through December 31, 2025.

What if my email has changed?
Your email address may be updated in your account profile.
How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your subscription, please click here and enter the email address associated with your membership. You will be emailed a one-time use “Magic Link” that will directly connect you with our membership hub. In the email, click the “Go To Your Customer Hub” link. Once you are in the Customer Hub, your subscription may be canceled in the “Subscriptions” section. Your subscription will remain valid through the existing expiration; no refunds or prorated refunds will be issued.
