How does HelloLounge work?
HelloLounge offers individual-use airport lounge vouchers. After completing your online purchase of the lounge pass, you’ll receive your voucher by email. The lounge voucher may be used at the participating lounge of your choice. One voucher must be presented to the lounge for each guest wishing to access the lounge.
Who is eligible to purchase HelloLounge vouchers?
HelloVacay members with a Premium or Ambassador membership may purchase HelloLounge vouchers
Does my airline or class of travel determine whether I can enter a lounge?
HelloLounge can be used to access participating lounges regardless of airline or class of travel.
Does HelloLounge get me Fast Track facilities, Priority or Express boarding?
HelloLounge only provides access to lounges within the HelloLounge program.
Does my flight need to be delayed to use a HelloLounge voucher?
No, flights do not need to be delayed to use the HelloLounge voucher. Some lounges may have policies regarding the entry time, such as allowing entry no more than 3 hours prior to flight departure.

HelloLounge Vouchers

How can I purchase a HelloLounge voucher?
To purchase a HelloVacay, log in to your Premium HelloVacay membership and search for a lounge. Once you have found a lounge of your choice, you may enter your payment information to check out. Lounge vouchers are $40 per person.
How many HelloLounge vouchers can I buy?

HelloLounge voucher may be purchased for your own personal flights as well as up to four (4) travel companions. Resale of HelloLounge vouchers is expressly prohibited.

How will I receive my lounge voucher?
Lounge vouchers are issued via email to the address provided during checkout. If multiple lounge vouchers are ordered, each will be sent in a separate email. Airport cellular service can be unpredictable so we recommend downloading your lounge voucher to your phone for offline use.
Can someone else use my HelloLounge voucher to access a lounge?
Each lounge voucher displays the name provided at time of purchase. Only the person named on the voucher will be able to use the voucher to access the lounge. The lounge will check the name of the pass holder against their boarding pass and their identification card / passport. Lounge vouchers are non-transferrable.
What is your refund policy?
Lounge vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Lounge vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, and the expiration date will be listed on each voucher. Lounge entry is subject to availability. Refunds will not be issued for any reason.

Lounge Visits

Why is the lounge asking me for my identification and boarding pass?
Providing your personal identification and boarding pass is required prior to being granted lounge entry. Details on the HelloLounge voucher must match that shown on your personal identification and boarding pass.
What lounges am I able to use HelloLounge in?
Once issued, a HelloLounge voucher may be used at any of our participating lounges – approximately 1500 lounges worldwide!
How long can I stay in a lounge?
Each lounge has its own restrictions on the length of time that you are able to stay. Visit duration is based on the policies and discretion of the lounge.
Can I take guests to the lounge with me?
The HelloLounge voucher is valid for the person named on the voucher only. If you are traveling with guests, each person will need their own HelloLounge voucher or alternate form of entry.
Does HelloLounge provide guaranteed access to the lounge?
HelloLounge does not act as a reservation at a lounge. Access will be granted in line with the lounge's own conditions of entry.
Can I take children into the lounge for free?
Each lounge has different policies regarding children. If children are not granted complimentary access by a particular lounge, each child will need their own HelloLounge voucher.
Do I need to have a reservation to use the lounge?
No, HelloLounge provides access to the lounges on the program without the need to pre-book. However, access will be granted in line with the lounge’s own conditions of entry and occasionally you may encounter a lounge that is already at capacity.
I was not able to use my HelloLounge as the lounge was full. Can I get a refund for the visit?
HelloLounge vouchers are non-refundable. If you are not able to gain access to a lounge, please retain your lounge voucher to use on your next trip. The vouchers are good for a 3 month period, and are valid through the listed expiration date on the voucher.
